Is the service level indicator backlit?

As the topic says please; is the service level indicator backlit on start up (number 9 in the picture)?

The vehicle has just been with the dealer for 3 days to replace the lamp and it has come back with no change (I think they broke the N/S drinks holder while removing the top rail and have had to replace it).

I can read the next service type in the same way as a calculator with light from the front.

I think the little clock symbol may be backlit but this might be bleed from another lamp.

Yes it's backlit just sufficient to high light the letters, but at a level far below the rest of the displays.
Doubt you could see it in daylight.
