I can endorse the comments by other owners in fitting this part. Did my recently and although I got it fitted I couldn't engage the front fixing properly so its not sitting tight against the seat at the front curved section leaving about a 1/2'' gap. I didn't try and remove it to refit as its likely one or more of the clips will break and this is an expensive part.
Make sure when replacing the rear locating screw that you use the correct threaded whole as just in front of it on the seat frame is an unthreaded hole and I wondered why I kept finding the screw in the rear passenger footwell. I had to wedge the rear part of the seat valance in place while I tightened the screw but I suspect this was because it was not fitted correctly at the front.
Hope this helps Peter Kemp
