All i can say is that Tata must have a great business model in mind if they think adding ANOTHER 4x4 to the JLR range is gonna help sales when its that FUGLY.

Jag products for mini limos for people with back problems and that want to save some cash over the above products, and there sporty-ish range of cars.

Why do manufactures continue with this fetish of product dilution and giving consumers far too much choice where it isn't required?? Better to have a few less models, but have them more configurable as to what users want.
Look at the transit for example. Theres the Transit and the Transit connect. shed loads of options for them and you see them everywhere and they just do what they say on the tin, "White Van Man"

@ Kingpleb, simple answer is SUV's sell well with a good profit margin.

Porsche cannot build their FUGLY SUV fast enough and make more money from each of those than they do from any of their sportscars..
