I would still like to access the RAVE CD as a very useful source of info - any helpers out there?

If easier i will happily post a CD for someone to sort for me?

Now pat me on the back and say there there Very Happy

If you're still there could you tell me how to remove the mirror glass?

I've fitted the mirror and put the door back together now just need to swap the mirror glass off the old one onto the new one and it won't come out!

Thanks

I shall take a look at RAVE in the morning.

Don't force it, if you break the glass you'll regret it, they're about £150! Discovery 4 HSE

Thanks for your help guys, i've sorted it. Bow down

LOTS of plugs to unplug on the door panel!!

Got the glass out and back in, all back together and the power fold works again which it hasn't done for months.

Quoted £485 +VAT + Fitting for this mirror, I got this one for £10 off fleabay and its perfect.

Chuffed to say the least!

Thumbs Up

Dan,

Thanks for referring me to the correct link.

I have saved the 7Zip and the Rave iso to my documents but not sure what to do next Confused

Any chance of idiots instructions for my mate - not for me of course Whistle

No worries.

Basically the Iso file is a CD image file, it holds all the files for the CD. To get to them you can either burn it, mount it or extract it.

To extract the files you've downloaded 7zip...

Right click on the .iso file, select 7zip and then extract to "file name":

Then you should see a folder with the same name as the iso file, open it and it should look like this:

Double click on the green rave icon (there are two, try either) This will then open rave, you will also notice that the rave icon will apear on the desktop, you can use this in the future.

Give me a shout back if you get stuck.
