fisha03/18/12 at 14:02For those who cant be bothered ... it is possible to remove the struts without removing or touching the wheel arches. Just be careful to support the strut as it comes downwards and doesn't pull on the air line before you undo it ( later stages and photos ). If you've started from normal height when working on the car, the bag will de-pressurise slightly when you let the strut drop down and if you undo the airline slowly until it begins to hiss, you can let the rest of the air out of the strut. |
