its meeeee Thumbs Up

looking to go into partnership and set up my own firm so looking to gather up some funds Sad I am quite gutted to be honest,

Its true what they say when you've had an RR other marques just look rubbish I was out at the weekend to swap the bmw 3 series I have as well and looked at a few c classes for 12k, e classes, sat and drove some 30-40k merc just for the sake of it but felt nothing,

best way to describe it is it felt clinical.

I am certainly going back into RR ownership once I can. Its not the most easiest ownership sometimes but certainly the most rewarding.

haha, tbh the biggest issue I had was the rear water ingress and what a pain in the ass, this was just the seal.
I thought at one point I had coolant loss, I just monitored this over a 3 week period and its stayed the same level and I recently took it onto a trip to manchester and had no issues what so ever.

I always take my cars to the mechanic to get a once over before I sell private just to be on the safe side and said was all good Thumbs Up

TBH if I dont sell it at the right price ill just keep it and sell the bmw 3 series as no one likes driving it anyway. My dad uses the RR all the time and doesnt like driving nothing else. We have to go down to london at end of feb and keeps asking if we are going in the RR even though I just told him I have put it up for sale Rolling with laughter

Oh Had a vibration thing with the 22" alloys on but it was me being fussy, they need balanced as I have 19" on right now and seems a1 ok.

I think sometimes I was so paranoid of the issues I went looking for them lol. RR ownership is frightening sometimes but once you learn stuff etc you feel ok about it, especially with all the helpful chaps on here Thumbs Up

I'm just a bit curious why you didn't give it a punt on here first to test the water? Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

I really put it on pistonheads to test the water.

Plus I just assumed everyone on the RR forum would already have an RR hence it would be unlikely they would want another.

Plus I thought I might get stick for the price too lol I know most people say that the price shouldnt be above average/market rate if its had modifications done etc.

to be honest I diddnt give it much thought. Used pistonheads to test the wider market, no other reason.

Obviously any potentional buyer should do their own inspection or have an inspection done etc, i am always happy to agree.
