How much you reckon in 2015/2016?

So I have my heart set on the new l405 but I'm gonna wait for a second hand one 2 years old maybe.

I haven't got full details on the spec or anything, but on Carzone.ie they are advertising the new one for next yr TDV6 3 litre diesel, I assume with no extras for €140,000.

Anyone give a guess how much I'd get this for in 2015/2016?

Have to start saving or nagging the hubbie now..! Thumbs Up

140'000 for a SDV6 with no extras Shocked Talking Euro right?...
A SDV6 with no extras should be around Euro 85'000!

Correct me if I'm wrong ireland has one of the highest vehicle tax rate in Europe..? 36% for a new RR..

To make it easier, lets say its a bog standard vogue l405 in Britain. What sort of price would it drop from and to in 2015/2016..

OK, makes sense with a vehicle tax of 36% then... Evil or Very Mad
Resale after 3 years, I would guess around 50% off!

Holland has worse car tax (BPM) 47% and on top of the whole wack (147%) you still pay 21% VAT. Since the cars there are LHD they are of little use to you anyway.

US is best for cheap cars (mine is a NAS).

I think "normal" is some 20% in the first year and about 15% in the second year.

I am waiting a bit longer I think, it also depends where we will be in 4 to 5 years time. If we are still here then we should be able to pick some really nice NAS 5.0 S/C Very Happy Thumbs Up Mr. Green MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

I doubt that's correct Lolo given current vogue TDV8 is 130k. Present :2008 TDV8 HSE
Gone Audi A5 2.7TDI
Gone Discovery 3 HSE

Hopefully I am wrong, but I have seen a lot of pre orders on carzone and autotrader starting at 140,000 approx for tdv6

In gb what's the base price of the l405 and a brand new l322 anyone?

Ok so maybe the ads I mentioned do have extras based on the prices mentioned here:-

Simplest way would be to ratio the current L322 prices and their drop over the years as they age. I then maybe factor a little bit more as the L405 will be more desirable still even at 2 years old. V8 or else ...

Not a very good review this one, also inaccurate stating the new Range Rover is 23 KG lighter than a BMW 3 series or 12 KG heavier than a MINI Countryman. That's comparing body shells but not actual vehicles!
