United Kingdom 2003 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Zambezi Silver
Tonights Modifications/Repairs

Ok so I have recieved a number of parts over the last few days to upgrade my interior, so tonight since the weather was nice I decided it was the perfect time to get it done.

I removed my scratched and scuffed ash tray and replaced it with a brand new genuine LR foundry finish cupholder and I removed my 'non operational' centre cupholder and replaced it with a used pop out cupholder.

I was glad to get this done as it allowed me the opportunity to clean all the centre console components whilst they were removed and all in all things are looking much better Smile I also had the opportunity to fit a nice plain black 'RR' branded tax disc holder.

Next up (this weekend) is the following:-

- Replace the standard handrake grip with a 'Powerful UK' walnut and chrome 'supercharged' handbrake grip (on order)
- Replace the standard key with the 2010 look flip key (on order)
- Replace the cigar lighter with the silver effect genuinely LR blanking plug
- Replace the steering wheel with a new genuine LR steering wheel with chrome spokes (will be ordered on pay day)
- Fully Restore the leather seats with leather dye (this weekend weather dependent)
- Remove the rear LR and Vogue badges and fit a genuine Autobiography badge

Anyway here's a few pics of tonights jobs.

Nice looking upgrade, out of interest what are you planning to do with the old ash tray and cover and the plastic piece that is normally above the ash tray. Im interested if you are not doing anything with them and they are in good condition.

Also where did you get the tax disc holder?

Matt

What's that flip-out cup-holder thingie? I've just got two small cubbies there on my 2006. Too small to fit anything in. 2006 FFRR 4.2 Supercharged Vogue SE

Thanks, unfortunately the ashtray was in poor condition and has since been chucked in the bin.

The tax disc holder was from ebay, link here - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Range-Rover-Land...19d816a401 Now: BMW 640d M Sport, Alpine White

The flip out cupholder was standard on most pre facelift cars I think, mine had one previously but the mechanism was broken and the casing badly chipped, so I just went for a direct replacement Smile Now: BMW 640d M Sport, Alpine White
