United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 V8 Santorini Black

We picked up a MY 2012 TDV8 4.4 Vogue SE yesterday and I have had a superb couple of days - probably as excited by the vehicle as any previous acquisition which bearing mind I have an Ariel Atom 300 surprised me - what a fantastic vehicle

We are spending Xmas at the top of Scotland and live in London and so have flights to Inverness booked but I need to cancel and drive - it's a fabulous location in Wester Ross and I have to take the FFRR this time !!

What do folk recommend in terms of chains or socks to keep in the back just in case ? It's on brand new Pirelli Scorpions (spelling) but I guess with a route through the Cairngorms it makes sense

Unless they're ice and snow you'd do better to get a set of dedicated winter tyres rather than chains or socks.

I don't think chains fit if your tyres are over 18 in.

You won't need either those

No socks or chains needed and it got much deeper!
