I just wanted to know what my options are with a 2005?, when I press the phone button it says phone not there, there is a Nokia cradle in the centre console but I thought these have Bluetooth?.
Also what are my options for having an iPod connection put in?.
Any help would be appreciated.

It should have blue tooth.

You need to sync the bluetooth from the phone to the car. Not car to phone.

Search for the car on your phones bluetooth settings and the put the code into the phone (its in the handbook) if asked. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I used to have a 2006 model and it had both the cradle was great but obviously phones move on quickly and no one uses what ever phone went in the cradle any more , shame really because you had an external arial, full text and a proper phone book on your screen . The bluetooth was a bit hopeless but you can usually exchange an updated unit from Wiggs ( can be found on this site) As for iPod integration its a bit complicated , there is a thing called the Audio Connectivity Module it's not cheep and is only available from a dealer . It was made for later models but it can be fitted to yours behind your screen instead of the glove box it's just more work.
There are solutions for non touch screen models but don't get suckered in to thinking they night work because as you are probably aware they are very different .
