SOS SOS INDIE IN CORNWALL NEEDED

Hi all, hammie here, towed my caravan down to cornwall from north wales on Tuesday, no problems there, but this evening on the way back to the site, got low coolent message, when we pulled up, although dark, had a quick look underneath, and there seems to be a pretty good leak going on towards the back of the engine, not sure of any more yet as its 0100 hrs as I type this, I had a new radiator and thermostat fitted a few months back, so don't think its the radiator, may know more in the morning, I am between boscastle and tintadgel, and not too far from wadebridge, does anyone know of any independents in the area near to me where I could take it if it needs repair, I need it to, , get back home in a weeks time, if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great, its a 2003 4.4 v8 petrol

The only garage I can think of at the mo is Devon 4x4

http://www.devon4x4.com/index.php?option=c...;Itemid=39 If it dont work.......burn it!

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

If the FF cant be fixed......buy a Land Cruiser!

If the LC cant be fixed..............................................BUY a horse !!

The only garage I know of in that area is tregonning ford at wadebridge. I know it's not an indi and I know it's a ford workshop but out that way it's literally a ford dealer or a guy in a shed with a hammer, I know what I would do...

back home now safe and sound, the aa recovered the car to mick moores landrover near wadebridge, top guy and would recommend to anyone, car had split a hose on the back of the engine, about 3 ins long with a plastic connector to a t piece, had to hire a car for 4 days as aa came out Friday afternoon, but mick moore was shut until Monday morn, it was taken there then, and I got it back on the Tuesday, had the joys of a Toyota yaris for 4 days, with 2 kids and 4 dogs it was a bit of a squeeze, but did over 400 miles in it touring cornwall, and I reckon I almost broke even as it was only £17 a day, and was v good on fuel, so the fuel I would have used in the rr for the 400 miles would have been about what I paid for the hire car, although I was very glad to get the rr back, £46 for the repair including the part, no other issues and she pulled the van back from devon to north wales tonight without a hiccup, so shes back on track, and mick was a gent
