Shouldn't need to replace all four. Even if the spare is a different rim size, if it is fitted with the correct tyre (and the others) the overall wheel/tyre circumference will be the same.

Have you got steering wheel wobble as well as a puncture?

Wheel balancing?
Steering/Suspension joints?
Rack? .

Sounds worse than it probably is, suspension arms most likely, maybe puncture caused wobble, looks like you have 20" rims, tyres not too expensive for them (relatively) There are some well priced used ones on sale here at the moment which will be good, let us know what info you need as we have all been through everything Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Last week I had a puncture on the rear of my 03 TD6.

I sliver of metal had sliced through the tread, so the tyre could not be repaired.

I only replaced that tyre as all the others had plenty of tread left on them.

I did however have all the wheels rebalanced whilst I was at it and the tracking checked and adjusted all round. Made a hell of a difference to the ride.

I have 20" stormer type wheels fitted, when I went to fit the 18" original I found that the wheel nuts did not fit. I don't know who the F Censored ing idiot was who thought it would be ok to junk the original nuts whilst still having an original wheel in the boot, but if I could have got my hands on him/her at that moment Evil or Very Mad

Anyway, if you have plenty of tread on the good tyres, don't waste your cash on all new.

@ retro

If everything was OK before the puncture.......

Sounds like the spare is not on the hub correctly ? As above could be the nuts....? (But I have those 20" wheels and the 18" spare and similar 18" set I have, works fine with the nuts I have) .
