It is here: 2012 TDV8 Vogue (was "It's coming on Friday

With X-mas coming, I figured I could treat myself too (I treated Madame with a FL2 HSE 3 weeks ago), so on Monday I signed for a lovely 2012 4.4L TDV8 Orkney grey Vogue. FLRSH, 24 Months warranty. It replaces my 3.6L TDV8 VSE

Delivery expected to be on Friday. Excited as you can imagine!

I have been waiting (read dreaming) for a 4.4L TDV8 and its 8-sp Auto, since I first tested them in July 2010. The wait is now (almost) over!

From then on, I will be the proud owner of a first year of production L322 (Ex-event G4 Challenge 4.4L Petrol V8 ) and a last year of production one (4.4L TDV8), or a L322 fanatic dream garage - well parts of it at least Wink

Pics as soon as I get the keys. Thumbs Up

in the meantime, it looks exactly like this one, bar the alloys - they are V spokes, style 9, 20's:

Update: Here we go. Unfortunately pics shot between showers and pre clean-up.

Will post more once it goes though a proper detailing.

Will do.

Only trouble is, besides a Piano and Napa steering wheel and maybe electric side steps, there is nothing much to do to it, no upgrade, no facelift, no parts to be painted body color, etc... LOL

Then again I paid my dues : Td6 in Bonatti, TDV8 in Stornoway, so Orkney seemed logical! (well there was 2 Java 3.6L TDV8s in between the last two. Wink )
