Pete , aren't you making the assumption that the lorry driver hit the RR deliberately, the fact that he missed it twice, would suggest to me that he was trying to maneuver past with out incident? If I'd intended to hit some 's RR i'd not have needed three goes!

Is you saying that the RR drivers at fault for trying to damage the lorry by blocking it's path ? Or is that the RR was trying to form a burning barricade, but failed to combust at the right moment Or is it Aldi's fault for not having a Traffic Marshal and HSE Banksman ( a trained Traffic Marshal ) I'm getting a wee bit confused now, I think that the blame should be on DVLA for giving the RR muppet a driving licence to start with Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

All sillyness aside, would the lorry driver still be facing Criminal Damage if he'd NOT got out and asked the RR to move. Plus was the RR not parked on double yellow lines, causing an obstruction while illegally parked?

if it had been me in the lorry the RR wouldnt have been able to drive away it would have to be taken away in a skip a 25 odd tonne trailer (if loaded) being pushed by 500bhp unit can do some damage |
