Heated screen fuse location 4.4TDV8

Ok I give in where is the fuse for the front heated screen? I've checked other threads, the manuals, topix and the fuse box cover plates but no info

Is there even a separate fuse for the front screen? There is for the back so assume there must be one somewhere.

My screen is not defrosting so am hoping a blown (cheap) fuse is the culprit. Would the car ell me if a fuse is blown?

Thanks in advance. Thumbs Up 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus

Am I to believe nobody knows? Given the breadth and depth of knowledge found here I can't believe this is the case.

41 views to date and no reply. Whistle Has the fuse for the heated windscreen been stolen by aliens? Big Cry

Also am I the only one who took forever to realise the sticker on the fuse cover lid has to be rotated 90 degrees before the layout makes any sense. I was beginning to loose the will to live.

Anyway, any help on the screen heater fuse location would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks. 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus

Fuses 34 and 47 apparently (unless they changed at some point). Also a relay behind the glove box.

Thanks Trommel but 34 and 47 are labelled up fuel flap release and sunroof respectively.

I'm afraid I don't have the luxury of a WM just an owners manual which is no use at all.....I'd pay good money for a copy Neutral

Its a bit frustrating. Of all the fuses I want its the one I can't find!! 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus

Presumably all changed post-CAN Bus then - that was from a pre-06 manual.
