Most fix this by drilling a little hole near the bottom Thumbs Up .

Not sure about the headlights but I definitely think rainwater gets into the rear lights by way of an inadequately made joint along the top edge. LR don't seem to mention this leakage.
Condensation in the lights is exactly as LR describe.
If your car is under warranty it seems all you have to do is pour a small amount of water into the lights by the vent tubes and you get your lights replaced by LR. Thumbs Up Laughing
