Removal of panel

I would like to remove the panel just above the top glove box, the panel with range rover badge on. It comes out, right side first as you are sat in passenger seat but doesn't seem to come all way out, held in on left side. Do I need to remove end panel too, even top dash panel?

not sure but i think you do have to remove the end panels but i'm sure the Craig-meister will let us know.. ... - .- -.
