I have a removable towbar but the sod is seized in. It took a fair amount of heating just to get the pin out, so I think I will have to take the bar off the vehicle to get the end out Big Cry

John, it's a quite large armature that it's mounted into, you may need a helper with the weight of it, also you can download all the accessory fitting instructions from the Land Rover website as PDF documents - I assume that taking it off will be the backwards of putting it on!

All owners manuals and accessory instructions can be downloaded from here
http://www.ownerinfo.landrover.com/extfree2viewlrprod/index.jsp
In the lower section you have to scroll down to find the accessories instructions

For TSB's and recall info you have to subscribe, but then you get 24 hours unlimited downloading for your money 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes
