wipers on for no reason?

Hi
Don't know if anyone has had this before
But I have a 2005 l322 hse
This morning it was raining I'm about to leave for work in my van.
Looked at the car which is locked no keys in it etc
& the wipers are chugging away I've pulled the fuse for now presume its a sensor fault Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
Has anyone else ever had this???

Think I've found the suspect I've checked all the obvious bits
Disconnected the relay & is soaked & corroded so I'll get this replaced & see what happens link to picture below

Fitted replacement relay today problem sorted
Think the rain got at it Sad
I've tucked the new one in the housing behind the battery theres a drain point above & have cleared but think it's something that happened over time not straight away
Any how simple fix all the same Thumbs Up
