Looking to sell our 60 plate TDV8 4.4 Autobiography in Fiji white, with black leather trim on seats/doors & white leather on the roof VGC.

34k on the clock, 20" Westminster Alloys, Full LR service history & Mot'd at LR dealer also - full extended warranty (not sure if can be transferred?).

Has rear screen entertainment/wireless headphones etc, LR towbar (used twice to pull trailer to recycling yard), car normally garaged.

Been offered £36.5k as a trade-in - What's it worth privately?

I think your trade in price is really good , im seeing them on ebay for less than that privately.

this is an example , a year newer than yours and less mileage , considering private sales usually deal at 10_15% less than asking price , id snap your dealers hand off at the wrist .

Trade in is a good price, although always balanced against what you're buying. Unless you separate the 2 transactions it's more about the cost to change. i.e. They could give you 100 quid for yours and discount the car you're buying by 36 grand. Same difference.

For reference, I've just paid significantly less (retail) inc 2 year LR warranty for a year younger supercharged autobiography with similar mileage.

Your S/C sounds a good deal. Friend of mine just sold his 11 plate vogue 4.4 privately (2 months back) for 6k more than I'm asking - I suppose it's just being in the right place at the right time with the right person looking for right car!
