Ian, do the male logic thing sir... Bet when your sat at the traffic lights and an X5 pulls up next to your FF you won't think " Crying or Very sad wish i had gone that route Crying or Very sad "

As Craig knows. Been there done that .... Had an X5 .... great car, 100% reliable, and got in it everyday and thought "but it's not like my Rangie was" ..... lasted less than 12 months before I was back in a Rangie. Stephen Gazard

Mrs is still undecided and now she has seen an Autobiography for sale which ticks the boxes.

Any idea the main differences the standard AB has over the VSE?

United Kingdom 2016 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Santorini Black

had the same as Craig, the iPad holders are great, charge the iPad and the headphones mean peace and quiet.

Have mine on the mounts which come with them. they are iPad 1 holders, they were available off amazon, they use original iPads which are cheap and plentiful on eBay. it is possible to use an MP4 ripper to put you own dvds into apple compatable format, though it does take a while to do.......

they look like this though without the sparkles.......

Ok.

Tough decision we have had what with VSE and AB and cameras or not and leather colours.

Mrs has agreed to this car now. Based on our call on Tuesday from the dealer to confirm the numbers but looks like we will be going ahead with it.

Amazed at the spec on it so fingers are all crossed.

Mine are iPad 2 & 3 kits NMJ... see below for link... Unfortunately next base stopped at the iPad 3 but hay, we bought 2 64gb BT & Sim iPads from apple's refurb store for less than the price of 1 new one with less spec!!! & the iPad 3's have the newer retina screen so are perfectly acceptable, work on the cars hotspot so they can Facebooktime themselves etc etc etc Whistle

Happy chap today.

Deposit paid, finance sorted. Little issue as we had just moved house. Car will be ready for next weekend to collect.

Two wheels are getting a rerfurb and the tailgate rubber window trim needed sorting. Apart from that the rest of the car was just fine. Everything was tested and works and a 2 year LR warranty with it makes it a little bit sweeter.

This will now be one long week.
