Vaccum hose for 2005 Vogue TD6 Engine Mounts

When replacing discs and pads on the passenger side i noticed a massive cut in the vaccum line going to the engine mount.
This may explain some of the vibrations going on.

Is this part available?
Can you help me out with a price and part number please?
