Key resync

Evening all have been trying for a couple of hours to get the remote opening/closing to work on both keys. I arrived at the airport to be told the remote didn't work so started on the key and today thought would get both keys working - so all I have achieved is to get one working at a time - I am doing both keys one after the other but just can't get them both to work have had one then the other working so suspect they are both ok. I have a IID tool and wondered if I can do it using that ?
Cheers

When you do the first key do the second one but DON'T put it in the ignition. If you do you are starting the process again.

The instructions aren't clear on that point.

Good luck. Thumbs Up John

put one key in, remove, press both keys etc. ( one at a time) dont put second one in. and do both/all within the 30 seconds from starting. each key should 'clunk/clunk' lock/unlock the doors. then a litle satisfiying smile comes over your face. Very Happy

just did one today, one of the flip keys from dave

you insert one key, turn to position 1 and back

then click hold open while pressing lock 3 times

the car will lock and unlock

then do next one, WITHOUT putting in the lock, just hold the buttons

worked perfectly.

then went had the key cut, and they balls up the cutting!!!!

so they have had to order a new blade for the key
