No, wheels were exactly the same, they tried to give me a TD6 with 22's on until I pointed out I have an SDV8 so they swapped it for their new SDV8. with the same wheels and tyres as mine.

The ride is so different its like a different brand of vehicle, yet the dealer says LR has changed nothing and LR says speak to the dealer!!!

Mine is soft as heck compared, still crashes over bumps and feels jittery most of the time.

Went on the m/way for the first time since getting her back only to find she vibrates quite significantly at 65mph +, god knows how the dealer can say it drives perfectly, it just doesn't. It didn't vibrate before the diff was changed though so they clearly fu**ed something up.

Next step is for a guy from LR to go out with me, going on holiday in it next weekend and I am sure it wont be sorted beforehand, just great, thanks LR.

...hope I'm wrong but, for what I've read so far, it looks like your car suffered a severe accident which bent the frame etc., did you buy it as new? Maybe it fell down from the truck before the delivery...

Someone from LR & not the dealer ?

I'll say it again - if you're not happy, go to a different dealer - if it has a LR warranty, then the work can be done at any main dealer, not just the supplying or local one - if you're not happy, then just walk.... Whistle

Dealer work shop controller has always declared the drive is fine so I rejected his comments, they said a test drive with someone who reports directly to LR is next, I cant drive on m/ways now so will place a call to the local dealer that did that to it tomorrow morning.

Because they know the long list and how pi**ed I am I thought Id stay with it, this is their last chance though, I will call LR tomorrow too so they know what's going on.

I don't believe its had a major accident, no sign to suggest that whatsoever and I'm experienced enough to spot painted panels etc.

Thumbs Up I'd talk to Ryan @ LR and check the independence of whoever the dealer is recommending - it sounds like it needs escalating to an independent expert at this point.

Does it have an OE / OF registration number ? Those were the ones for factory cars - like this

Previous owner was one of the Warburton family (the bread) so assume a very wealthy man, he had it from new. I can usually spot a piece of exterior trim out of place, a seal badly replaced, none factory glass, or painted panels and it looks good on all fronts, cant be sure about the underneath ofcourse so will have to keep pushing for repairs.

Have sent a pm to Ryan, hopefully he will get in touch?

I know that I am an old cynic, but does anyone know what happened to the hundreds of cars that spent a month on their sides in the Solent recently???

Just got back from a short drive, she sits much higher than last couple of days and vibration has gone, still very soft suspension damping so I assume the low ride affected the comfort?
