I take it you still have your activation key ?

Just had a look on my NAS and I have a zip file of just under 6 meg.

I used to have RSW but I found his lack of support annoying. He wouldn't reply for weeks then he said he had other things going on and couldn't find the time for his RSW product. I sold it and bought an IID tool. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

After my first email without any response and remembering a while ago someone on here having trouble contacting RSW, I thought I might be wasting my time but I thought I'd try again and to my surprise within hours a reply came through with all the information required.

My RSW experience is that he has been very responsive - but I guess it depends on the day - one man operation so if on holiday not much can be done. Howard
