Removing rear bumper?

Got this job in plan for next week to have a go at rusty rear wing. A couple of things I can't figure out from RAVE:

1. Type of fixings holding bumper sides to rear wing - are they popup ones or scrivets or what, and best way to remove?

2. How to release the (7?) clips holding the treadplate in place? Can't see anyway of getting at them - from underneath?

Thanks .

And it did come off that easily (as in the video).

Only difference for me was a third (nut and) bolt on each of the mudflaps on the underside.

Broke a couple of the clips on each side when pulling off though. .
