DRLs again

I have an IDTool and it does give me DRL options, Scandinavian, Canadian and Standard. One of them switches the rear lights on as well (not what I want) and the other two don't seem to work at all. Am I doing something wrong or is that just how it is for MY2010 onwards.
I want to use the existing head lights not fit anything else. I actually like the front sidelights but they cannot be switched to be DRLs either.
Anyone with similar experience? Geoff

I think the option that works for you in Scandinavian.

Personally i use this one as it helps make a car that often seems invisible to some folk, stand out that bit more with the bright rear lights as well, and no need to worry about auto lights turning on and off correctly as some low light conditions i would think it would turn them on but didn't. FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

I think the option is standard. It should only light up the fairy lights at the front when you switch ignition on.

Is the firmware up to date on the iid tool?
