Best place for wheel alignment?

Hi all,

I need to get a full 4-wheel alignment done (further to my thread on weird tyre wear) - can anyone recommend a good specialist close to either my home in South Cheshire, or my work in Liverpool?
How long would the process normally take (ie can I wait for an hour or would I have to leave the car all day?)

Thanks,
Mat NW060

Theres one over stockport way Mat, think they are listed on that site, i've used them once and couldn't fault them as they did 3hours of fettling for £120 to get it all good on my jeep, despite things being seized quite badly lol! FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

I've used the wheel alignment and balljoint centre in Liverpool for all my BMW's the have the full Hunter kit and did a great job.

I can't tell you where, BUT they'll need some LR diagnostic kit (or your IID) to put the suspension into "high tolerance mode" before doing the actual alignment.

Thanks for the recommendations chaps - using the recommended site I found a place near me called ABP Motorsport. £90 later and I had an interesting before and after printout showing that the rear drivers side was well out of whack, but had been adjusted so all corners were back within the manufacturers tolerance.
What's weird is that the side that was out was the opposite side to the worst uneven tyre wear. They could only suggest that the maladjusted side was causing the whole car to skew slightly and thus putting an odd toe on the worst worn side. NW060
