Yes that panel below the side vents it's basically a clip of bit of trim, get some second hand ones without holes and have them sprayed to match your car before swapping them over - even a decent aerosol will do it. You might even be lucky and find some used panels in the right colour.

The rears just use the bumper fixings i believe, so providing the rear bumper hasn't had any paint work done with the flaps in situ then it won't show anything when they're removed. - I seem to remember removing them (and the bumper to fit my tow bar.
