How many FFRR members does it take to change a lightbulb...?

Once again, looking for help.

One of the sidelight bulbs in my 06 SC FFRR has gone. It is in the cluster directly under the indicator bulb, where there are two bulbs. It is the physically larger and brighter of those two bulbs which has gone, shown here (it is the left bulb in the lower light set)

I found a vid online that shows how to remove the assembly that holds the indicator, but then realised that in the video that assembly is separate to the main headlight assembly, whereas on mine the whole thing is one single unit. So back to square one.

Any pointers to a video that shows me how to remove the assembly I have, and better still, any suggestions as to what bulb I need?

TIA
