Retrofit seats?

Does anyone know if it is possible to fit the newer heated + cooled seats from a 07ish Range Rover into my early 02 model.

Drove from Inverness to Norfolk and back with a trailer, 1200 miles or something, and my arse got really warm, could of done with cooled seats. Mine is a vogue with the electric heated seats.
