Startproblems TD6

hi

My 2003 td6 would not start without spreying in stargas first.
It started with problems when it was warm, but now it is with cold engine also.
I changed the feedpump and filter. it did not help.

please give me any advice

I am receiveing a IIDtool , but not before next week.
