Hi and welcome Thumbs Up

On mine (a 2005), turn the key off (leave in ignition) and pull headlamp flasher once towards you, remove key.

Hope that works

Cheers

Simon

Or if like me you don't have auto-lights, remove the key from the ignition before turning the lights off and voila - headlamp delay.

The option can be turned on and off, delay time and the lights used changed by a dealer diagnostic tool or aftermarket diagnostic that's capable of doing it. IID tool will do it.
I'm not sure if your change of lights will effect it, I can't see why it would as it's just a CANbus signal to LCM to leave the lights on but there might be something strange going on.

I've just finished a 2008 to 2010 conversion and I've also lost this function. I think it's due to a mismatch between the old LCM and the new headlight.
You may also find that your front sidelights don't stay on when you turn the key off with the lights in any "on" position other than "auto". Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
Had- 2008 TDV8 Vogue SE in Java black
Had - 2007 S/C in Stornoway Grey
