Wheel & wheel nut advice needed

Hello

I currently have 22 inch stormer wheels on my full fat
Will the wheels that I have attached a pic of fit with my current wheels nuts
And do I need to have a certain size tyre on new wheels

What size are those & what size tyres are fitted already ?

Those are either a brand new wheel style - or a fake - I've never seen them before with Range Rover stamped in them.

And do you have an L322 or L405 - or tell us the age - as they take different size tyres.
