Can someone tell me what the differences are between a jap and euro spec 2008 RR Vogue please

Rust protection will be a big one... Jap cars don't have fog lamps so maybe the light switch will need replacing.... Nav system? Don't know how comparable they are with eu or aus software?

Have a 2008 Jap Vogue, has heated/cooled seats, rear heated seats, Nav works but TV wont tune to NZ (Digital?) has fog lights but also has cameras on front bumper and under LH mirror which dont appear to work (any ideas?)

Thanks for that, tried it but doesn't say anything about extra cameras. Also can TV be tuned for NZ we are on freeview now.

The cameras you mentioned were not available in any other market at that time , maybe it is some sort of after market thing now partially removed . 2008 MY Supercharged

The camera under the mirror appears factory as it is fitted to the removable part under the fold mech.

Definately not a puddle light, looks exactly like rear camera just pointing at front wheel. Will try to get pics tomorrow. Any news on TV?

are they listed on the 4x4 info screen (venture cam) when I was playing with mine it looked like i could ad cameras to it.

Must be some sort of stand alone thing but no idea what , the MOST loop that controls the sat nav,venture cam radio and DVD ect can't be added to and Land Rover had not developed anything like that yet ( it came with the next facelift) Japan is a tiny market for Land Rover so they couldn't go to the expense of developing something for that market and not offered it elsewhere. You can only assume there was a screen somewhere ate some time but has now gone or they are infrared detectors for some sort of proximity warning , who knows?

One though , and it's along the venture came line , someone very clever could have ripped the guts out of a venture cam or two and made something with an aftermarket camera to emulate one and made it selectable on the screen . Very hard to do and why bother and not tell the rest of the world . I have three venture cams but they are much more useful being able to mount them where I want so I don't even get my own explanation

And now , even worse I see you line after the pictures says no venture cam on 4X4 so , IDFK  2008 MY Supercharged

My tv tuner doesn't work either. But mine is a 2007 ex uk model, NZ isn't even on the list of countries?.... I thought the facelift models had a digital tuner, so I'm a bit confused why we are not there.

try each other country one by one, there must be a same setting that both NZ and another country uses. ... - .- -.
