Snow brings fond memories

The first time we had a FFRR was when my dad came home in a White RR classic. Immediately named daisy... Like a cow! Many stories, and I remember them all, will probalby tell many of them. But for now I cannot forget the year we lived in hammersmith with the snow!

So, was a bright day and snow all around, what to do on flat ground?! My dad called me down to have some fun (I was about 9). He decided we needed to sledge, but no slope. So, in St Peters Sq, where we lived, he got out the old baby bath. A plastic yellow monstrosity loomed, drill hole in the front, he got a rope and tied it to the back of the RR and said "Get in". Obediently I did and so we set off. Wow! The most crazy and amazing time round the square being dragged behind the car on the road... Am sure all the neighbours were watching in disgust. Loved every moment and only hope I can give my girls the same sort of wild memories! It's what dads are made for!

I was doing it last weekend, take 1 truck wheel arch, one tow rope, 2 friends that don't value their lives too much, you have the perfect combo for some V8 sledging 2006 Mercedes CLS
1991 Retro-style Mini
But really finding it hard to fight the urge for a S/C...
