A Trap 2010 Range Rover HSE TDV8 Atacama Sand
Abs light and soft brake pedal.

Hi
2006 td6 150k km
Changed pads pedalnl still soft and abs light turned on after abs kicked in prematurely as braking normally and car did not slow.
Luckily no problems.

Sounds like air in the system somewhere as air is compressible (hence soft pedal) where as fluid is not. It can also effect the ABS operation.
Try bleeding the brakes or changing the fluid if it hasn't been done for 2 years.

Do you live in a "wet" state that has lots af rain? Your brake pipes could be corroded and leaking. Have you seen any drips of brake fluid at all? Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

Sounds like you changed the pads hoping to cure a soft brake pedal...? If I read your post correctly.... System needs bled which is a simple job. Current: Supercharged 06 FFRR in Java Black

Thanks for answers.
Pads were gone so i hoped itbwould also cure it.
Yes i live in a wet city and car was stationary mostly
And also suspension fault message chimes time to time after pads are changed.
