Dash rattling

Does anyone know of common issues causing rattling under the steering wheel covers. Started recently and is now bugging the hell out of me.

Thanks in advance.

Does it still move in and out ok? Don't think there is a common fault which causes it I can think of apart from maybe part of the steering reach/rake motor has failed. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Mine had a rattle same area, last week when it went cold.
Next time I drove, it had gone.

steering wheel works fine in and out and up and down, looks like time to take plastic off and have a look.
