tints dont normally come as standard...my 2012 westie had aftermarket tints fitted before i collected it and as it happens one window had a cut...

I think if it's got factory privacy you can't see the heating elements from outside, as the actual glass is tinted. With the aftermarket film, you can, as the film is behind the elements..... 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Factory fit privacy glass is tinted glass. There is no film. Yours must be after market!
