OK folks this is just on the right rear. I just installed my 8/32 evenly worn tires back on and balanced. Alignment was done about 5k miles back. The set I removed were down to 4-/32 except the right rear which was at 2/32. I have about 1k miles on this set and see the right rear is feathering. I will have alignment rechecked this week. Any other known culprits to this? Thanks. |

The brand of tyre can make a difference.

Pirelli Scorpion MS. Remember it's just the right rear tire. |

I appear to have this sorted out. Seems the toe was off on all 4. Worse on the right rear. I guess I will need to have alignment checked every 3 months on this car. Here in PA you can off road while on the highway. |

It may be a good idea to change the place You do alignment at. |

I have a 3 yr alignment deal. I haven't had problems with my other cars but none were 5400 lbs. Think I'm going to need a balance deal too. They said the larger tires needed balanced more frequently too. Maybe 3k miles and I can begin to feel the front vibration. |
