Ok, so that says it is F8. Now do I just simply find this under the cover pictured above and simply change it?

Some pictures to help you. I got interested in this so had a look at mine (2010 TDV8).

Once you've taken the lid off, you'll see a number of fuses and relays. There are two relays that control the wipers. Looking at the electrical diagram, it looks like they are for the standard speed and fast speed respectively. They're outlined in RED in the following picture. They took a bit of wiggling to remove.

The relays themselves are both the same and look like very ordinary 40A automotive relays, which can be picked up for a few quid locally.

No need to get them from anywhere that specialises in LR products. For example, the following eBay link would get you one for £2.49!

Thank you very much for that Steve. I'll order them tonight and give it a try. I'll let you know if it works out 🤞

Relay 2 (the one to the left of those two in the pic above) controls the wiper motor on/off.

Relay 1 (the one to the right) controls slow speed/fast speed.

To test whether the relay is at fault, you could just try swapping them over. If the wipers don't work at all, even after switching the relays over, check Fuse 8 inside this same box hasn't blown. Fuse 8 is at the rearmost row of fuses and should be 30A. Fuse 1 is the one to the right, so count from there. Current: 2010 Range Rover L322

I tried with the relays but no success. It still has the same random problem and not solved it. I'm wondering if it could be the wiper stalk at all??

Depends on the nature of the problem. More likely in my experience (not on RR, but other cars) would be the microswitch as part of the wiper motor that sends a trigger when it has reached the parked position. I expect LR would want you to replace the whole motor for the sake of a 50p microswitch. Current: 2010 Range Rover L322

I think you are probably right. It's £95 just for the diagnostics and then whatever they decide to do to fix the problem. I think I will have to bite the bullet and send it to them 😞
