Cooled seats

Any experience of intermittent drivers cooled seat?
I've repaired the duct work in the rear of the seat that was broken as suggested in other threads and thought all would be well, both fans came on filters were clear, but the fans cut out after about 5 mins, in comparison the passengers side has worked fine even before I repaired the duct work.
If I Switch off then start up again the seat comes back on but then stops again.... Confused
I had the codes read a couple of weeks ago before the repairs to the duct work and all was well
Andy

I would hazard that either the duct repair has failed or there is another issue with it.

The system protects itself if it detects abnormal flow

Thanks for all the info, I'll get the blowers replaced once I've found/fixed my coolant leak

Is it a TDV8? If so check the thermostat housing.. they crack and leak but never drip anywhere as it evaporates / blows down the back of the engine. If you look down the sides of the oil filter with a torch / phone if its leaking you would usually see red staining / residue from the coolant.
