Transmission fault and loads of lost communication, TDV8 3.6

I get the below error messages and vehicle gets special programs off and transmission fault on the instrument cluster and then only gears up to third. After resetting all goes away, and all seems normal. But then it returns and I have to to another clearing. Any ideas? Are there any common connector which fails? I have been driving on wet roads with lots of puddles.

Faults are as follows:
Using IIDTool BT V3.0 B1268
AAM-Audio Amplifier
• B1A02-13 (2F) Speaker 2 circuit - General electrical failure - circuit open
• B1A01-13 (2F) Speaker 1 circuit - General electrical failure - circuit open
FBH-Fuel Burn.Heater
• 0x0344 Unknown
HVAC-Heat / Cool
• 0x41 Park heater message disturbance fault
IPC-Instrument Pack
• U0248-87 (2F) Lost communication with remote driver utility module - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message
PBM-Parking Brake
• U0122-00 (28 ) Lost communication with vehicle dynamics control module
RBM-Running Board
• U3003-16 (28 ) Unknown
• U0416-68 (28 ) Unknown
• U0439-68 (2F) Unknown
TCM-Transmission
• U0155-87 (6D) Lost communication with instrument cluster control module - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message
• U0126-87 (2E) Lost communication with steering angle sensor module - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message
TMC-Traffic Message
• B1A56-18 (2B ) Antenna circuit - General electrical failure - circuit current below threshold

After reset I still have these:
IPC-Instrument Pack
• U0248-87 (2F) Lost communication with remote driver utility module - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message
RBM-Running Board
• U0439-68 (2F) Unknown
TMC-Traffic Message
• B1A56-18 (2F) Antenna circuit - General electrical failure - circuit current below threshold

But not always the Running Board, sometimes this is gone too.

Greatful for ideas to put me in the right direction. Supporter and maintainer of EDF - Mrs Edfors' shopping cart.

I remember getting similar messages on my 4.2 SC but since everything worked I didn't care. So no idea what was causing these issues. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

No, battery was replaced, no difference. was also charged numerous of times.

It's getting worse... now it refuses to start more than it starts. Most often when turning the key it does not lit up the control lights on the dash and then the starter will not turn. Turn off the key and turn if back on, and one out of 20 times the control lights do lit up and then the starter spins as well and the engine fires up.

Been removing for inspection several ECU's and grounding points to check for corrosion or damage but not found any yet.

Another fault is also that the powered footsteps have stopped working, found the ECU for this and removed, but no difference.

Still looking for ideas to find the solution to this issue. Supporter and maintainer of EDF - Mrs Edfors' shopping cart.

A wild shot, but does the right rear seat get used? A wiring harness that runs from the right rear quarter panel passing close to the back of the seat can take a short-cut then get pinched by the seat, causing several unrelated faults when wires short together. Easy enough to check anyway.
