Have you got the OE spec Conti Tyres on the Turbines? Reason I ask is my new RR has 22" Turbines on and it is fine on the road - definitely no excessive noise at all. It does tramline ever so slightly but the benefits far outweigh this - it goes around corners and handles as if it is on rails without any drama at all.

Having only recently moved to the L405, from a D4, the RR is incredibly quiet, with the only significant noise being tyre roar. But I already run 21” wheels.
