Land Rover Experience recommendations

I have an invitation to a Land Rover Experience day. I can choose between any of the centres.

Luton Hoo is the closest but is there a better or best place to go?

Brad,
The Skipton centre has moved from Coniston, but the new centre is brilliant.

I travelled from essex to eastnor as I thought it the best place to go.
Stayed overnight

I was only offered half a day and paid for the other half.

Don’t be a shrinking violet or you get the easy peasy bit...

When booking try and order the car you want.

Bill Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc

I’ve done Eastnor and more recently the one down in Honiton to fit in with a weekend away. Both were excellent, but Honiton has a more natural feel. Many of the Eastnor obstacles are concrete, whereas Honiton has made good use of the contours.

Brad/ Greg,
I was lucky to be one of the first batch to attend the new N, York’s site, but not so lucky, because when I arrived they had to explain to me that the L405 I had booked was not available because it had just got a “ Red DPF full “ alarm.
However I was pretty impressed with the RR Sport we used. and the sheer size of the whole site. It is massive and I will never forget the deep water wading along a former single track railway line route that they had flooded.

Good to know us plebs aren't the only ones to crippled by a Red DPF Full . Actually, since the LRE cars just poodle around the track stop/starting and low speed they are perfect candidates for a full DPF.

Maybe they just crush the car and go over and pluck a brand new one off the line? Razz
Maybe cost price is only £450 Shocked

. Cheers, Greg

I did Rockingham which was pretty good.

Book a FFRR even if it means waiting for the available date.

You have the car, so can take passengers - and swap who is driving.

Mine was a 1/2 day - there was coffee but no food.......
