What’s missing from my pic?

Hi all had the undertray off and noticed that part of the inner arch at the front has gone but does anyone know why it looks like or the prt number?

On a side note i saw this but can’t picture where it goes and don’t think I have it either -

Bizarely, I think the part you think is missing isn't actually fitted on a new vehicle.

On our 3.6 TDv8 it's the same & I saw a post last year on here (I think) discussing the "missing" part with no-one having it fitted on theirs despite the opposite being in place. Paul,
