Just popping in to ask a question, I’m over on the dark side at the moment running a RRS, but I know from experience this forum is more active and there is more expertise in here!
My question is, does anyone know of a common link between the wipers and cruise control?
My cruise control trips out when I use the wipers on the RRS. I’ve stripped everything down in the window, removed and cleaned the rain sensor, fitted a new gel pad and the auto wipers and lights seem to work properly. The reason I did that was because the wipers didn’t work on auto before hand. Now they all work I went for a drive earlier and the cruise control trips out when the wipers are switched on or the wash wipe used! I just can’t figure it! Any thoughts would be appreciated. Current: TDV8 (3.6) RRS HSE
