Mine came around lunch time, they're very nice, going to fit them in a bit. One looks to have a tiny chip on it, but I'm not that bothered. I have a mahogany wood touch up thing somewhere in the house for the dining room table if it really bothers me but I'm sure it'll be fine. 2006 Mercedes CLS

Mine will have to wait until tomorrow to be fitted, combination of rushed off my feet with work today, 5 hours sleep last night and a hefty dinner tonight, I kind of fell asleep for a couple of hours, when I woke up it was cold, dark and raining quite a bit

Took me longer, did you move the little metal clips from the plastic ones to the metal ones? That's when I took a chunk out my thumb |

no, did not remove clips - did not know that had to be done? surely if needed the new ones would have said clips? just been and checked the 'area' where the clips are located is rock solid |

The clips are technically part of the door, rather than the trim peice. I fitted them onto the door and then pushed the trim into them. The first one I fitted them to the trim first, that went badly. You'll probably be OK, but I would worry about them vibrating/rattling at certain speeds/rev ranges etc. I'm anal about squeeks and rattles though! Just don't throw em away! |

Rain hasn't stopped all day/night so braved the wet and got mine fitted, they really finish the door cards off.
