[Wanted] A cheap/broken TD6 please

I'm wanting an M57 engine, and all the bits needed to make it run, for a non-Land Rover project I have.

As such, I can buy a cheap BMW, or a L322. Are there any out there, perhaps with a dead gearbox, bad bodywork etc. which might be a good donor? MOT not a problem, as I have a Disco and trailer.

Alternatively, if you have a cheapish one that is still useable, then all the better, as I can drive it and get a feel for the engine before removing it.

Thanks!

There's a fella on Facebook - Josh Goddard who's selling a scrap L322 with good engine and knackered gearbox.

He's in Daventry and the car is pretty much in bits - you'd be getting the shell and running gear but I suspect you'd get all the appropriate bits for your project.... I picked up indicator repeaters but I know he's now keen to shift the rest of it.

Any good?

England 2004 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Giverny Green

My L322 failed the MOT last summer - rear subframe and brake pipe. Engine gearbox and everything else all really good apart from a couple of dents but no body corrosion. I got a new subframe for it but it's too big a job for me to do on my own. its had a remap and EGR delete and I also have the full set of new front suspension arms etc because I noticed some irritating little knocking noise. Almost new Goodyear's all round - new brakes all sorts that I can't actually remember now! It was my daily and I love it but am coming to the sad conclusion that the sensible thing is to let it go. There's a replacement front bumper (rear already done) and a new door shell to replace the dented one. Interior etc all really good nick. Giverny Green with pale green seats and cream piping. I'm ten minutes from M1 J21.

You didn't mention a budget but mine will be for sale once I have cleaned it tomorrow.

It has been my daily for the last 8 years.

I'll be looking for a quick sale.
