Tyre valve replacement with TPMS

Hi all,
I have a leaky valve stem on one or two tyres. Had a look over some previous posts, but didn't find an answer to my question.

I am aware that valve stems are a common item to replace on many cars usually for a couple of ££ plus labour. With the LR TPMS system can the valves just be replaced or do I need to spend the £100 ish for (4x) the whole sensor and valve?

Thanks
Mark

The valve stem is separate to the sensor which is just attached by a screw to the bottom of the stem. If it is just the valve insert leaking it can just be screwed out and replaced, if it is the rubber stem you will need to go to a tyre fitter.

Thanks Keith, that is good to hear Smile I'll take a trip to my local fitter and fingers crossed they can sort me out.

Cheers
Mark
